Stunning as always.

We had a fantastic time at this villa, and would happily stay here again in future! We have been to Florida over 10 times now and stayed in lots of villas of all sizes. This one was our favourite! Whilst small and not full of 'theming' or mod cons, it is in a great handy area with everything you could need/want in close proximity including the parks, the airport, fast food/restaurants, other tourist attractions and also only less than an hour to the east coast. The house is in a residential area, well-equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher, freezer, laundry room - even hairdryers and straighteners, many beach towels, toilet rolls, bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloths, laundry detergent etc (even though we brought all of our own too!). The folder was quite large to read through, with lots of handy information regarding the house, bin collections, etc etc. The pool was the star attraction - which we paid to be heated for our 3-week stay in late October - its location right on the little lake with the various birds and ducks was awesome and the kids enjoyed a lot of time in here! The only slight criticism if you can even call it that, would be that there is no TV in any of the bedrooms (especially missed in the main bedroom by us, but might be a personal thing for how we like to wind down at the end of a busy day), and also the main bed was very high to get onto! I am 6ft 1 and had to step on the bed frame to get on, but it is also quite small. We have a super king at home as we are both tall, and normally don't notice any problems with bed size in the USA as they're all generally around our home-bed size (or larger, even in budget hotels!) but this one seemed smaller than a UK regular king size to us... but the bedroom was huge and could easily accomodate a bigger (and lower) bed. We managed though and none of this would put us off staying again! Thank you for a wonderful family holiday from all of us here at @ThrillsandFood - and hopefully see you again!

Beautiful villa, great sized pool backing onto great views of the lake. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need for self catering. This was our second visit and we’ve already booked our third. Highly recommended our favourite villa we have stayed at in 13 trips. Looking forward to plenty more

I would highly recommend this villa, the first thing we noticed was how clean it was, the pool area was fantastic, some days we didn’t even go out because it was so beautiful by the pool, especially sunset. It had all the amenities you need, the location for us was perfect, toll road close by which made every outing easier and more accessible. Tony the owner answered every single question almost immediately, great guy, management company guy checked on us twice during our visit to ensure everything was ok, perfect in every way, we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic 3-week stay at this villa in Kissimmee. The location was perfect—close to all the shops and just a 20-minute drive to the main attractions, yet set in a quiet and peaceful residential area. The villa itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The pool was a definite highlight for us and our kids, and we loved seeing the ducks that would occasionally visit! Our host was excellent—very helpful and quick to respond to our messages, which made the whole experience even better. This villa is ideal for all types of travelers. We were a family of four with two young children, and it suited us perfectly. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to return in the future.

We stayed at this property for 10 nights from the end of February to March 2025 and it was absolutely ideal. There was just the 3 of us and it suited our needs down to the ground, very quiet area and ideal for reaching all of the theme parks. The house is stocked with all of the essentials, plenty of towels, crockery, books, games, nice big fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and drier. The pool looked lovely, we didn't have tim eto use it due to cramming everything else in during our stay but it was nice to sit by the side of it with my morning coffee watching the wildlife on the lake behind. The owner, Tony, was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay and the management company who look after the house answered very quickly when I messaged them with a minor issue we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this house for a stay if you want a quiet, convenient, comfortable place!

We had a fantastic stay here, we loved the villa it was filled with everything you need to make it a home from home. Great area with easy access to Disney parks and amenities. Villa was very clean and the pool was cleaned throughout our stay, even through hurricane Milton Tony was in contact with us throughout, would definitely look to come back in the future. Fabulous villa. Well equipped with everything needed to feel like a home from home. Pool and pool area is fantastic. Travelling to and from parks is straightforward and supermarkets and restaurants are pretty much on your doorstep. All in all we would highly recommend and would definitely look to book again.
