We stayed in Apt. 312 for one week, ending May 3rd and had and absolutely wonderful experience. Firstly, the apartment was exceptionally clean, the perfect size with two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful living room, kitchen, laundry room and full size washer & dryer. Additionally, the apartment has its own underground parking space which worked perfectly for us as we rented a car. The security level for the apartment and complex was exceptional. The location is extremely central with easy walking access to Puerto Banus as short jaunts to Marbella, Malaga, Estepona, Ronda and Gibraltar. Overall, the apartment and location were excellent. Now, the interaction with the owners was equally impressive. Angela and Niall were outstanding in their communication both in the timeliness and comprehensiveness of their responses. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Puerto Banus/Marbella area. We will definitely be retuning in the near future and plan to again stay in one of Angela and Niall's units.

Owners were very helpful ahead of Trip. Excellent appartment with all the essentials included. Very nice staff at complex which was ideally located and very quiet. Will probably return every year if available and of similar cost

The property was well maintained and equiped added value was provided in respect of the little extra's and finishing touches. The owner had clearly gone to extra effort to make sure facilities were available for our children and this was appreciated. A minor negative was the smell of paint throughout the appartment, clearly some decoration had been done outside the main holiday season. However, this didn't detract from the overall holiday. A fine property in an excellent location.

The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic position, just near enough to walk into Puerto Banus and far enough away not to be bothered by any noise. Great views from the balcony, well equipped apartment we will definitely be back.

the appt.was ideal for the two of us,it was in a good area only ten minutes stroll to two beaches, and the choice of at least thirty restaurants,and bars within ten minutes walk.the staff at playa marina 1.were most helpful and courteous at all times.spent eight weeks in the appt. it was lovely with a good sized balcony,that had its share of sun.

We absolutely loved staying in the apartment. We had a wonderful week in and around Puerto Banus - the weather was fantastic, the restaurants were great, we loved the beach nearby, and spent a lot of time in both of the swimming pools with our children. We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the gardens, came back to the apartment for a "siesta", and then sat on the balcony again in the evenings with a beer. The location of the apartment was ideal with it being walking distance to the harbour but far enough away to still be quiet. It was also good that there was a small supermarket just up the road. The kids absolutely loved the location - my daughter cried when we had to leave! The massage chair was a nice touch too - made me even more relaxed!

very well located about 5 minutes stroll from the resort centre. The apartment was luxuriously furnished and immaculately clean. The owners were friendly and helpful. would definitely go back to this apartment and would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous apartment, fully equipped, beautiful decor, perfect location. Near enough to walk to the marina and yet not near enough to be bothered by any noise. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, in a great location. Great location, could walk everywhere. Very clean and quiet. Had all the amenities in the apartment. Hosts responded very quickly to emails.
