We visited this wonderful villa in January/February, 2024. It was absolutely amazing. We had lots of room for both us and my wife's brother and wife who came to visit with us. We both had wonderful spacious bedrooms with king size beds and ensuites. The heated pool and spa were used continually and the sunning decks around the pool were very open and relaxing. The only thing that wasn't part of the rental was a barbecue grill which we spoke to Jan about. She arranged to have a rental company come and set up a unit for us. Thank you Jan. You were wonderful in helping us not only with the barbecue grill but with any other questions we had. The lady who operated the gate house at the entrance to the villas was also amazing, so polite and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this executive villa in a gated community which has everything and anything you may need.

Excellent villa with a lovely pool. Hosts answered any questions very quickly & sorted out any of our worries. We can highly recommend this villa. Easy access to Disney and Kissimmee & about 1 hr to NASA. Looking forward to another visit in a couple of years.

A good location for visiting the theme parks & nice restaurants in close proximity. The pool deck at this property is very spacious & south facing. We have spent many holidays in Florida & although we thought this property seemed a bit "tired" we would still recommend it because of its location.

Just back (on Friday 28th july 2017) from 2 weeks at the villa. The property is in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The rooms are all very large and contain everything you would need. The aircon and fans work in every room and provided a much needed break from the heat outside! We spent lots of time by the pool which is a great shape and size and has plenty of seating and space around it. The villa's location is perfect for its proximity to the airport, theme parks and shopping malls. We also drove to either coast for the beaches (Cocoa on the east, Clearwater on the West) and found both drives pleasant and straightforward. I cant fault the villa and the support I received from Jan prior to our departure. Highly recommended.

The house was spacious, clean, and perfectly set up for comfort and relaxation. We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and extended sun deck. Jan was very easy to work with and responded to all questions timely. It was the perfect getaway, and we would definitely return for another stay. Sunbreeze was a wonderful choice for our family visit to Disney and Seaworld. The house was perfect for us with fully equipped kitchen, many beach towels. Bedding and and a washer and dryer. The pool and the game room kept us all entertained along with TVs with many choices. We felt at home there and would definitely return !! After long days at the parks, it was like going home!! We had the most amazing time staying at Sunbreeze on Watersong. We arrived at the villa and were wowed by the size of it, very specious and clean. The villa really is fully loaded with everything you need for your stay. We also could see a little Alligator in the lake behind as well as other wildlife which was really something.. Location wise, the villa is perfect, close enough to get to the shops and theme parks but far enough away so you don't feel like its tourist central. The chinese and pizza down the road where lovely also. We certainly will be booking this villa again for our 2025 trip as its left a lasting impression on us. The villa owner Jan was amazing with giving us information or any help we needed even with the time difference it felt like she was always available for any questions we had. You will not be disappointed staying here, that's for sure. Thanks again Jan, Engin and family.

We stayed for 2 weeks in September 2023. We arrived a bit later than we thought, with the villa being in a gated area checked in and within a few minutes given a pass for the windscreen. Sunbreeze Villa is 4th property on the right. The villa was a lot bigger than we thought, plenty of space to chill and not living on top of each other. It’s like home from home with plenty of towels even down to a potty for our 2 year old grandson and a stroller to use as well. Pool and spa excellent, we had it heated for our grandson and he had a ball and so did all the adults and at night playing pool / air hockey in the garage or watching tv. Villa is in an ideal area about 20 minute drive to Disney and a supermarket and fuel 1.5miles away, We had a small issue with the security on the front door user error but quickly sorted out by Debbie and numbers to contact if anything went wrong so no worries there. We all had a fantastic time and can’t thank Jan enough for letting us into her home and Debbie for looking after us if we had any issues. Thank you from the McGurk and Henry families
