We had a wonderful first family holiday here last week - I couldn't recommend it highly enough! With the option of the private garden, a gated pool and a short drive to the beach there was everything that we could ask for. Cannes offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and spots to people watch, and the apartment has everything that you could need for a wonderful holiday. The owner was extremely helpful, with useful hints and suggestions of places to visit, and provided information even before we had thought to ask for it. Thank you once again!

Plus side - Villa was in good quiet location. Pool situation was excellent, water v cold. Outside area was lovely. Well secured. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly by agent. Downside - absolutely no instructions on how to use anything, oven timer.Still have not found the pool lights or the switch for the 3 circular lights. Would have been nice to have them on at night. Satelitte TV was a joke. If you were German or Japanese it was fine. Only English speaking channels were news. No instructions how to use DVD or TV. had to get the engineer out. Villa OK but a bit tired looking been to much better at half the price. Overall OK but would not go back.

A truely lovely location which allowed a family of four their own space. Although we chose to eat out every night we found that if we had decided to eat in the house it would have been no problem as the kitchen was fully equipped. The swimming pool was of a good size and we never had a problem in obtaining sunbeds. It was a short walk into town albeit down some steep steps (102 in total). This was great as it allowed us to leave the car and enjoy the local food and wine.

No airconditioning, very dissappointing. Overall a very pleasant stay, very clean. Beautiful pool. Quite a walk to beach, only a bus ride away to lots of shops and market and fair. If you want somewhere quite its ideal, if you want a lively holiday wouldnt recommened it.

The views from the property are spectacular and the property had all necessary amenities. The property was a huge plus to our visit and well situated for day tripping to Monaco, Nice, Portofino and Milan.

The apartment was lovely, I was on my own and felt very secure the complex was very safe and lovely and clean. Nice and quiet, easy to to find your away around, buses in to other resorts. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice quiet break, just to relax in the sun, the only down fall was there was not alot going on in the main centre San Blas, but that might be due to recession, otherwise it was perfect!!

The property is situated in an excellent positon close to all the ammenities. The property itself is to a very high standard with everything you need. It over looks the pool and has a large terrace. If you have any problems there is someone who lives on site. The restaurants in Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes are great (just look in the diary of notes that come with the apartment). We have booked again in August 2009 and are looking forward to our return.

Everything was exellent from start to finish. A beautifully kept and equipped apartment with a very much home from home feel. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Hopefully we will return in the not too distant future?

The actual accommodation was excellent, furnished well, clean and better equiped than my own homd! The Pool was too cold as the Sun didn't hit it until late in the afternoon. The Pool area was nice but there was no Bar, or refreshment area or any recreational activity for the Kids, e.g pool table, table tennis etc. I would stay there again but probably only in the summer when the pool would hopefully be a bit warmer.
