Second stay 10 minutes to beach and restaurants and bars

Great Villa in a lovely location. The main strip with all the bars etc is only a 10 min walk and so is the beach. Looking to book again

Lovely property, beautiful pool. Seamless checkin and checkout. Airport pickup and drop off option ideal. Ten minutes walk to Strip, Paddy's Point, Beach or supermarket. Chris is super friendly, and helpful, responded quickly to any queries. Loved our stay. Only improvement I would say is air con in the third bedroom would be great.

Great stay, everything as described and hosts were great with communication and instructions on how to checkin etc. Complex is amazing and location is great with some lovely bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Recommended and would stay again!

We stayed for two weeks over Christmas and found the communication with Chris, the check-in process, and his overall professionalism to be first rate. Chris was extremely helpful throughout. For example, when we mentioned the dining chairs were a little loose, he came round promptly with an Allen key and tightened everything up straight away. The apartment had been unoccupied for a little while before our arrival, and as a result it felt a touch tired in places and could benefit from some updating. The downstairs shower is quite compact, so it may feel a bit snug for some adults. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, so it’s worth making good use of the plug-in repellents provided (we hadn’t expected to be bitten in December). The location is around a 600-metre walk to the nearest bar or restaurant. There is also a shortcut behind the property that leads up to the dual carriageway; this is convenient, although it does mean you can hear some road noise. Overall, the customer service and hosting were excellent. With a deeper clean, fresher towels, and some attention to comfort (particularly the beds), the apartment could be even better.

Lovely location outdoor space perfect. Although there is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms these are on a timer of 2 hours which is not stated in the description. The third bedroom has a standard fan which just swirls round hot air. We did raise this with the hosts on departure and they will raise this with the owner. Despite the air conditioning we had a lovely stay of three weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s perfect for families – so close to the pool, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and even had two fridges, which made our first self-catering holiday feel effortless. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family of five, and the extensive TV list plus reliable WiFi were great for those quiet chill-out times. Chris was fantastic, arranging our airport transfer (not easy with a family of five!) and was so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about both the property and the local area. The little extras, like the cool bag and help with shopping, didn’t go unnoticed and made us feel really cared for. The location is excellent, close to several beaches and the Cabo Roig strip, and the complex itself is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. We didn’t need to hire a car and quickly fell in love with the area – so much so that we’ve already booked to return next year!

The property is very well equipped and is within a really beautiful complex, which is well maintained and very clean. The pool is just a few steps away and very inviting! Neighbours are lovely too. Nice to have the use of your own sunbeds and there are deckchairs/mats & a parasol for trips to the beach too. The bars/restaurants are a 10 min walk in one direction and beach in the other direction. There is also a large shopping village about half an hours walk away. Really liked the option to include transfers from the airport and Chris was very friendly & easy to contact. Thanks for a lovely stay! 😊
