Lovely location outdoor space perfect. Although there is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms these are on a timer of 2 hours which is not stated in the description. The third bedroom has a standard fan which just swirls round hot air. We did raise this with the hosts on departure and they will raise this with the owner. Despite the air conditioning we had a lovely stay of three weeks.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! It’s perfect for families – so close to the pool, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was really well stocked with utensils and even had two fridges, which made our first self-catering holiday feel effortless. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family of five, and the extensive TV list plus reliable WiFi were great for those quiet chill-out times. Chris was fantastic, arranging our airport transfer (not easy with a family of five!) and was so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable about both the property and the local area. The little extras, like the cool bag and help with shopping, didn’t go unnoticed and made us feel really cared for. The location is excellent, close to several beaches and the Cabo Roig strip, and the complex itself is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. We didn’t need to hire a car and quickly fell in love with the area – so much so that we’ve already booked to return next year!

The property is very well equipped and is within a really beautiful complex, which is well maintained and very clean. The pool is just a few steps away and very inviting! Neighbours are lovely too. Nice to have the use of your own sunbeds and there are deckchairs/mats & a parasol for trips to the beach too. The bars/restaurants are a 10 min walk in one direction and beach in the other direction. There is also a large shopping village about half an hours walk away. Really liked the option to include transfers from the airport and Chris was very friendly & easy to contact. Thanks for a lovely stay! 😊

Have used this apartment many times over the years and had wonderful times could do with new sun loungers now and seats on patio one damaged but doesn't bother me as I stay solo here Chris the manager is superb host.

Had a great stay at this property it was our third time and booked again for next year. So would highly recommend to anyone looking for both a relaxing time with plenty to do in the evening.

We got picked up from the airport by the lovely Chris and he was kind enough to take bags from the car and to the property. On arrival at the property we were amazed by the beauty of the complex and how well it is maintained. The pool is literally 4 steps from the house. We got a bit of a surprise on entering the house to see the bedrooms are upstairs as this wasn't mentioned in the description (bathroom upstairs was mentioned). Two of us had mobility issues so poor Chris had to take the luggage upstairs for us. The bedrooms are a wee bit dated and beds could do with an upgrade but overall the house is very well equipped and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you to Chris for being an excellent host.
