My husband John and I fell in love with Leadville's unique mountain charm and rich history, and we knew we had to have a place here. Over two years, we built this home ourselves—spending every weekend working side by side with our two kids. It was truly a labor of love, and you can feel that care in every detail. When we're not sharing our home with guests, you'll find us using it as our basecamp for all the adventures this incredible area has to offer—hiking, biking, skiing, boating, and exploring everything the Colorado mountains have in store. For our day jobs, John builds houses for a living in Northern Colorado, and I work as a web product manager for a software company.
