Hi! We’re Diane and Juan — a service-centered couple who love sharing the beauty of Tenerife with our guests. Juan is a proud local from Los Cristianos who spent several years in England to learn the language and culture. Diane moved to Tenerife from the Philippines in 2000 at the age of 15 and has called the island home ever since. Together, we’ve built a life here with our two wonderful children (ages 6 and 14), and we love spending time outdoors — hiking, beach days, and discovering hidden corners of the island. We’re also passionate about the local food and culture — from fresh seafood and Canarian tapas to traditional fiestas and island traditions. Tenerife offers so many ways to explore and create lasting memories, and we never stop appreciating its charm. We genuinely care about our guests’ experience.
