Hi, we purchased the villa in November 2024 having spent considerable time enjoying La Manga Club, The villa is intended as a family holiday home for many years to come for grown my up children and grand children to enjoy. We intend to rent the villa to cover running costs and invest back into the property, in 2025 we fitted glass in to the terraces and installed bi-fold doors to the living area, the plan is to keep the property contemporary. We’re hoping to renovate the 1st floor en-suite in 2026. We’d love to have repeat bookers year on year to enjoy the property and what La Manga Club has to offer as much as we do. David, Jo and family.
