We bought the house in 2005 after renting it from the previous owners for many years. About 25 years ago we rented for the first time in Valbonne and instantly fell in love with the house, the space, the beautiful view from the terrace, the charming village of Valbonne and the tranquility of Domaine Val d’Azur. In 2005 (we had rented the house now or 5 times) we were called by the previous owners that they wanted to sell the villa. After the shock about this came the idea to buy the house, after all, such a beautiful house in such a beautiful location does not pass by quickly and we knew the house through and through.
