Good villa well situated for all parks, great value for money and communication with owner was excellent. We had a fantastic family holiday along with our 5 year old grand daughter, and I would recommend this villa.

Villa is in a lovely quiet area very close to Disney 20 mins away and not overlooked. This was our 7th visit to the area and our 4th Villa. A party of 6 adults, although photos look good we found the Villa to be very tired. All the beds need new mattresses and carpets need cleaning. Some of the kitchenware is chipped and, as mentioned in other reviews on Vibro, pots and pans need replacing. The sunbeds, there were 4, were broken and Sheron did replace them immediately but did not sort out an electrical problem despite offering to do so. After 2 days we found the trip switch and avoided using too many appliances at once. We made good use of the games room in the garage. We had problems regulating the shower in the master bedroom so shared the 2nd shower. The family bathroom was superficially clean but the shower curtain is well past its best with a a bad odour. A nice touch to leave complimentary toiletries but they were over a year out of date. In addition the aircon was unpredictable going off on several occasions we found lots of instructions on what not to do in the Villa but how to resolve the trip out of electricity and aircon was not given. Overall the worst of the 4 villas we have rented in Orlando but the best for location.

Good place to stay, very confortable, clean, quiet, close to Disney parks. We had a pleasant time on this place.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The property was exactly how it was described. Sheron is a 5 star host. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained. She also responded quickly and friendly. The overall experience was positive and I would recommend this place!!!
