This is a wonderful base for a holiday exploring the beauty of Corfu. The villa nestles right on the water, with 5 different outdoor seating areas, all looking out to the crystal clear sea - and even a small beach and private jetty, so you can easily experience the wonder of swimming in such an unspoilt spot and quiet beach. We didn't make use of the paddle boards and fishing equipment, but I can see how much fun that would add to a family staying here. The villa is superbly equipped, with everything you need and Hugh and Daniella are extremely good hosts, standing at the gate to meet us (even though we were an hour late!) and having made sure we had all the necessities for our first night. The beds are comfortable (so important!) and the whole space is well laid out and thoughtfully decorated - can't fault it. The small town of Benitses is a short bus ride away - so you don't even need to hire a car. The bus service is pretty good and easy to follow with real time updates online. There are a number of lovely bars and restaurants there and we had some really good meals. You need to be careful on the road that the villa is on, its quite busy and there aren't any pavements, so just take care. That said, its only a short walk to the bus stop, so easy to do. We took a round the island coach trip which enabled us to see a lot more of the island and was good fun. We also tried the boat trip to the caves, Paxos and Antipaxos - beautiful scenery but we weren't impressed with the tour company, so go with someone other than Corfu Cruises - there are other boats available! Old Corfu Town is also well worth exploring - you can easily get there on just one bus and we had a beautiful Asian meal in a restaurant overlooking the harbour. All in all this was the perfect trip - beautiful weather, beautiful scenery and beautiful villa - would highly recommend.

The villa itself is beautiful and the sea and mountain view is some of best we have seen. We hired a car and visited the local bays a short drive away. Kasiopi which is only 10 minutes from the villa became our nightly spot with lots of tavernas and bars (I would recommend the Old School for atmosphere and food) set around a pretty little harbour. Hugh and Daniela met us on our first night and were extremely helpful through out our stay. Can’t wait to go back!

My partner and I were looking for a peaceful villa with sea views and we could not have asked for more! The sea views from the terrace and infinity pool are truly stunning and you can look across to Albania and mainland Greece! The villa is new and beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for and more- we spent most of our time at the villa using the bbq. To top this off, the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be back and will recommend this villa to all our friends.

Our hosts Daniela and Hugh were great they met us on our arrival and suggested a few places to visit and eat .The communication was great . I would highly recommend booking this villa .Ryan L

It has many wonderful terraces looking right out over the Ionian Sea. We used the kayaks to go shopping and to go to Mouse Island Nice, little beach to enjoy. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset, our highlight being lucky enough to watch a pod of dolphins one morning. My sons aged 3 and 6 enjoyed exploring the wildlife both in the gardens of the villa and within the sea, this kept them very entertained. The villa has access to paddle boards, kayaks, fish rods and life jackets. The villa kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. We used the bbq most days and enjoyed eating dinner with a view. The following things are not negative but things that our worth knowing if your planning a trip here. We had planned to use the buses but ended up hiring a car which worked better for us with the children. There are many steps around the villa and to get down to the sea the steps are very steep, for younger children this may have been an issue, but we carefully navigated this with our children and it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were very helpful, they sent over restaurant recommendations and a boat trip for our children. Do not hesitate to book, a villa we shall never forget.
