We are pleased to offer this three bedroom penthouse on an outstanding new development in the Universal area of Kato Paphos. It offers true luxury with quality fittings and stylish furnishings throughout. The penthouse is is set in a quiet residential area, yet located just a short walk from the Sea, Paphos Harbour and the many restaurants and bars Paphos has to offer. A car is not necessary here as you close to the local bus route if you wish to go further afield. For your convenience, a local shop and diner is approx 250m away.

The apartment boasts a large living/dining area and three bedrooms, one with en-suite. There are two twin bedrooms and a double, all with comfortable beds and fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the pool. There is also a luxury main bathroom with shower/bath. The beech kitchen is finished with black granite worktops and splashbacks and is complimented by stainless steel appliances including dishwasher.

Two large patio doors lead onto a large balcony with table and chairs and loungers. The apartment occupies the complete top floor with two balconies overlooking the landscaped gardens with pool, childrens splash pool and underground changing rooms.

The Penthouse in Detail

The large living area houses a beech kitchen finished with black granite worktops/splashbacks complemented by stainless steel appliances including that all important dish washer. Views from here are across the rooftops to the sea and the lighthouse.

For relaxing there are two large leather sofas with matching swivel chair and coffee table.A widescreen TV with surround sound and DVD/CD is provided should you fancy a night in.The dining area features a stylish table and chairs for six people. Attention to detail has been paramount with soft furnishings carefully selected and co-ordinated to ensure a your comfort.

From the lounge and dining area are two large patio doors which lead onto the large terrace. Here there is ample room for lounging and eating al-fresco looking down over the landscaped gardens and pool.

The master bedroom has a contemporary yet luxurious feel with a hand made iron bed with matching dressing table and bedside tables. Soft furnishings are fully co-ordinated throughout complementing the quality bedding. Built-in wardrobes provide ample drawer and hanging space. This room also has the benefit of a built-in safe for your convenience. A hairdryer is provided.

There is a luxury on-suite shower room which includes shower, basin and toilet. A pumped water system ensures a powerful shower at all times. There is access to the second balcony which overlooks the pool and which provides a second table and chairs.

This twin-bedded room also has access to the second balcony and again ample built-in wardrobes are provided. Furnishings are co-ordinated throughout. A hairdryer is provided.

This third bedroom also has built-in wardrobes and the benefit of twin beds.Once again soft furnishings have been carefully chosen to co-ordinated throughout. A hairdryer is provided.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Quality mattresses have been used throughout for your comfort.


The apartment features a luxury bathroom comprising WC, bath with shower over and basin.The master bedroom has the benefit of an ensuite with WC,shower and basin.

A pumped water system has been installed to ensure powerful showers at all times.

The Location

The development is set in a quiet location in central Kato Paphos though just minutes walk to all the activities you could wish for in this great holiday location. The world renowned Paphos harbour, the mosaic museum, Bar Street, restaurants offering all types of cuisine, water sports and the beach are all within 1km of Marina Complex. For your convenience, a local shop and diner is approx 250m away.


Popular and vibrant describe the pretty and charming town of Paphos. Situated on the southwestern end of the island, Paphos has managed to retain much of the traditional Cypriot charm and character. In the old town, many original qualities and customs still exist. Shopping for the freshest fruit and vegetables is still done early in the morning at the very busy market place. Also to be found at the market are traditional souvenirs, local wares and the very famous Cypriot delights that are made in the local village of Yeroskipou. Combining the old with the new brings you down to Kato (lower) Paphos where you will find a buzzing array of bars, restaurants and shops surrounding the delightful harbour.

Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love and beauty is one of the Islands many legends, Paphos is reputedly the birthplace of this mythological Greek Goddess. The Island is steeped in 9000 years of fascinating history and culture with a heritage rich in historical and archaeological treasures. Paphos is home to the famous Tomb of the Kings, these underground tombs date back to the 4th Century BC. Also in Paphos, you can find the stunning mosaic work depicting Dionysos the God of Wine.

We can arrange taxi transfer by our own driver who knows where the property is and assist with car hire from the airport if desired. The property is professionally managed (you will always have a contact) and has linen changes on a weekly basis (cleaning offered locally/separately). This apartment was stunning. It was only a short walk to the harbour, bars, restaurants and bus station (although it seemed like a long way in 40 degree heat). Rob and Helen, who look after the apartment, do a fantastic job the welcome pack was very welcome indeed as we arrived at 9.00pm in the evening. They also arrived within about 15 minutes when we had a problem in the bathroom. We would book this apartment again and would definitely recommend it to anyone we know who is planning to holiday in Paphos. Thank you for a lovely holiday apartment.

A stylish and comfortable penthouse apartment within walking (and even staggering) distance of most of Kato Paphos. So many little touches made the apartment a real pleasure to stay in - right down to the ice bucket for the wine. Strongly recommended.

The first impressions were that it is a well furnished property with ample space within it to cater for all of your needs. A big draw back though was the fact that we had 3 days without water (our final 3 days), we still enjoyed our visit but it did ruin the holiday a little as we had to find amenities elsewhere. We are all hygienic people but due to the lack of water it was hard to clean up after using dishes etc. In the book it did say that the water due to shortages goes off for 1 day but it sadly went on till the end of our stay. Nevertheless I would still reccommend this property to a friend. Thank you very much

Many thanks for your mainly positive review and kind words about the property. We are very sorry to hear about the water issue however if this had been reported to us, we could have dealt with it. Sometimes the switch on the water tank trips if the tank runs empty. There was no need for you to be without water for such a time. Thanks very much again.

We enjoyed a lovely week. The apartment was very well equiped and comfortable. It was very well situated for getting to the shops and bars. Would recommend to family and friends.

We ended up renting a car although if we weren't holidaying with 2 young children, we may have just used taxis or walked down the the harbours which was about a 20-25 initue walk (or 1 hour when you rate with a 2year old that wants to walk too) The area was quiet and clean with friendly locals. Mare Mare was a lovely contemporary bar that we stumbled across on one night at the harbour. A little more set back near to captains view restaurant - but with a purposely limited fresh ingredient only menu and relaxed atmosphere - mainly young adults. Imperial Chinese near Bar Street was impeccable too. I would definitely also recommend the local taxi firm 'Andy Taxi' who was always on time, helpful and even had a little cool box of drinks on arrival for us for our luxury airport transfer!! Definitely satisfied with your service. Swift replies and always felt very reassured when booking direct even when going against my usual 'safety' feeling of booking through a travel agent. Would highly recommend and we saved hundreds and got much better value that that of the rest of the holiday group who booked in at Avanti Village via Jet2. Easyjet was also more spacious than what I have experiences with Jet2. Robert & Helen came in mid-way to change our linen and were on hand if anything was needed. They were very friendly and it was a pleasure to meet them''.

Upon arrival we had a welcome pack prepared which was very surprise for us. The three bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and room for clothes and personal stuff. The living room and orange couch were so comfy we had to think twice before leaving them. The kitchen was clean, well equipped and had all the appliances we could think of. The air conditioning was very good and it helped much in coping with the August Cyprus temperatures. In the kitchen theres a drawer with great books, in case you forgot to bring one. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. Walking to the beach took us about 15-20 minutes, the same goes for the mall. Theres a bus station nearby (2 min walk) that takes you to the central bus station. There is a store within 200m from the place open til 9-10 pm.I would highly recommend visiting the bay near Aphroditas Baths - its very nice for snorkeling. We didnt like the municipal beaches in Paphos very much so we quite often took the bus and went to the Coral Bay Beach (cleaner water and sand, less rocks). Also the Lighthouse beach was nice due to the volleyball courts. You guys are awesome. The communication was prompt and pleasant. You were very helpful in settling the initial problem with the booking. I will kindly recommend you guys to any acquaintance that will happen to travel to Paphos. I dont think there is something I could recommend

The property was excellent, well equipped spotlessly clean and plenty of room. The location we found was a bit out of the way from main bars, of bar street. The wave dancer all day boat trip was excellent, Michaels Segway ride, do the 3 hour one we only did the 2 hours, but wished we had done the 3 into the mountains. Grazie restaurant, For breakfast the little bar near Ellis Kiosk don’t remember the name brilliant breakfast for 4 euro. Totally satisfied with you as an agent, you could not have been more helpful. Totally satisfied with the managers who let us keep the apartment on until 12.30 until our taxi arrived.

The location was great, nice and quiet but not too far from the beach and nightlife. We enjoyed Flares (Nightclub/Bar) and my favourite restuarant was Ficardo :) We were 100% satisfied with the service received throughout ur booking. Honestly couldnt fault anything at all....very happy all round.

Although we normally go for a villa, I have to say that this was a great penthouse with all mod cons and in a fantastic location. No car hire needed. The cafe just 250m had surprisingly good food and a great atmosphere. It only took 10 minutes to get to all the main bars and restaurants which was ideal as the complex itself was very quiet at night. We would definitely recommend to others.
