  The property is lovely. Beautiful views, and the area is very pretty. The swimming pool was great to cool off in , and is kept clean. The beds were very comfortable ,as was the sitting area. Really couldn't fault it at all.. Zlatko, the owner was always close if you needed anything, and was very helpful. We would highly recommend.

  Croatian villa to rent
  I have stayed in studios before that compromise in certain areas, this studio is purpose built and perfectly formed. The perfect amount of space and all the utensils etc you need for your stay in a self catering property. Also plenty of towels, hairdryer etc. We hired a car and although there is a parking space just down the road, getting in and out using the one way road was sometimes daunting - to be fair this would have been a lot easier if our hire car company hadn’t provided us with a juggernaut of a car that we did not ask for! You do not need necessarily need a car, there are several nice beaches in walking distance as well as a couple of restaurants. We spent a lot more time in the property than we had planned as it is just so lovely and peaceful. The garden area is large with lots of olive and fig trees and sitting listening to the birds and the sea was wonderful. It also provides privacy from the pathway below. We spent most days visiting the nearby beaches on foot and wondering back to the studio when we got too hot or just fancied being in the wonderful space. We had bbqs most nights and the facilities were spot on. Silvio met us on check in and was really helpful and kind, easy to get hold of for check out and if we had needed anything throughout our stay, but we didn’t as everything was catered for. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return for another holiday if I have the chance. Oh, Dubrovnik is a short distance away, we took the local boat taxi that picks up/drops off just down from the studio as recommended by Silvio and was the perfect way to get in and out of the city. But dragging ourselves away from Plat was hard as it is just so lovely. 10/10

  We had the best stay at this property, there were 11 of us, 3 children and 8 adults, a beautiful location, villa was fantastic and the owner was absolutely brilliant, whenever we needed anything he was there to assist, I would recommend this property to anyone ( which I have done already ☺️)

  Family group of 6 adults. Accommodation is excellent throughout. The owners live downstairs and were helpful and friendly. The village is a few kilometres uphill off the main coastal road with some narrow sections of road. We didn’t try the nearby local nearby restaurant (which was run by the owners of the apartment) as the menu wasn’t to all our group members’ tastes; however, it certainly seemed popular with others. 30 minute drive to Dubrovnik. Overall, an excellent choice for groups with their own transport.

  Superb villa. Maro and his family were so welcoming and generous - food for us on arrival, and they cooked for us on the open grill through the week. The villa is very lovely, perfect - brilliant pool and sunbathing/outdoor areas, outside kitchen and eating space, all modern and new, very well equipped with everything you need. Bathrooms were hotel quality and our fluffy towels were changed mid-week. Sea views in the distance, a fabulous waterside pizzeria and bar in walking distance, a local family run restaurant a few minutes away - the lights lighting up the driveway showed us the way home. Everything was top quality and we had everything we needed!
