What you don't see from the pictures is that the outlook at the back is an orchard. It is not overlooked and feels very spacious. Omer and Katya are very helpful, we even had some figs picked for us a couple of mornings. A very well stocked little shop is 5 min walk away. An excellent restaurant is about 10 mins away. There is a bus, 5A, that can take you to a larger shop, beaches or into Pula. We went on a kayaking adventure and an evening dolphin spotting trip. I highly recommend staying here, it is peaceful, tranquil and the pool is great.

Local agent very helpful and attended to all our requests We arrived around 1am and property was hard to locate up a dark road with no signage. Located next to a commercial lorry unit and opposite a car garage which wasn't advised in the initial advert hence a little disappointing. Nearest shop is around 2 miles away in Pazin butl cafe close by and grill restaurant. Only major point of note was the cleanliness of the pool which was green for a number of days and took around a week to get clear. Disappointing for the kids and could have been a health danger. Local agent acknowledged the problem which was rectified albeit we did lose a number of days of pool usage over the 2 week break. Property next door (same owner) had a similar issue and they demanded a refund. Not sure how we stand here for and compensation. . All in all great villa and lovely country. Recommended.

Villa was pet clean and owner was really friendly. We had to make the beds in arrival at 11pm, not sure if this is normal in Croatia but not what you want to do after travelling. Click stay we’re amazing in the speed and customer service however novasol never responded to me on several occasions. Click stay however supported the second I said I wasn’t havinga response and really appreciate their help.

Where to go in Istria
Pula
Rent in Pula, Istria’s largest city, and explore its historic sights and beautiful coastline. There’s plenty to do especially in the summer when music, art and film festivals are set in the Roman amphitheatre.
Poreč
Porec is a small town on Istria’s coast, dating back to Roman times. The town is ringed by pristine beaches whilst the thriving town centre showcases Roman and medieval churches, basilicas and defensive towers.
Svetvinčenat
Svetvincenat is a village in centre of Istria, and a perfect place to rent a holiday home to get away from it all. Several beautiful churches are dotted nearby but the famous Morosini-Grimani Castle dominates the landscape.
Rovinj
