2 bedroom Croatian holiday villa rental with private pool
August 2019

Great place to switch off. Everything very clean and well-kept. The two separate houses are great with older children. Very well-kept area and great pool. If you are looking for peace away from the tourist places is perfectly stored.

This was such a unique southern villa with lots of charms. I love the countryside, was such a nice peaceful feeling of leaving my hectic city life far behind, even if it was temporary. I will be visiting next year again.

4 bedroom villa rental in Istria, Croatia, with swimming pool
July 2018

Excellent villa. Very clean and spacious. Local agent very helpful and attended to all our requests We arrived around 1am and property was hard to locate up a dark road with no signage. Located next to a commercial lorry unit and opposite a car garage which wasn't advised in the initial advert hence a little disappointing. Nearest shop is around 2 miles away in Pazin butl cafe close by and grill restaurant. Only major point of note was the cleanliness of the pool which was green for a number of days and took around a week to get clear. Disappointing for the kids and could have been a health danger. Local agent acknowledged the problem which was rectified albeit we did lose a number of days of pool usage over the 2 week break. Property next door (same owner) had a similar issue and they demanded a refund. Not sure how we stand here for and compensation. . All in all great villa and lovely country. Recommended.

2 bedroom Croatian holiday villa rental with private pool
April 2018

Idyllic! We wanted a property where we could go with friends and still have privacy. This was the perfect solution: 2 lovely stone cottages surrounding a private pool. We could not have chosen better. The village is centrally located, so it was perfectly suited to exploring Istria. Day trips out and evenings in by the poolside BBQ! (Friendly property manager helped us when we needed to light the BBQ which was well stocked with wood!) Memorable vacation and one we hope to repeat.

Most enjoyable stay. Weather was perfect and Spring time flowers were a delight; we even saw fire flies! We can now see why Croatia is so popular and why so many return. It was amazing.

Very pretty location with lots of little villages and hamlets to visit nearby. Cleaner was friendly, and spoke English, helpful as we could not work out how to using the oven, our fault, until she came. We made use of the BBQ until then!! Was memorable holiday. Too short though!

Villas in Istria

Istria lies in the northwest corner of Croatia, nestled next to the gleaming Adriatic Sea. Picturesque historic towns are scattered amongst the hilly landscape and beautiful coastline. Istria is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with fishing villages on the coast and quaint villas further inland. Istria’s towns date back to Roman times, with narrow streets and historic buildings.

Rent a villa in the charming coastal cities of Pula, Opatija and Rovinj for a city and seaside holiday. You’ll find plenty of history and beauty as Istria was conquered by the Romans and later controlled by Venice. Rent a traditional stone villa in the heart of Istria for a relaxing holiday, or stay in something more modern in one of Istria’s towns to explore the undiscovered holiday gems.

Rent in Pula, Istria’s largest city, and explore its historic sights and beautiful coastline. There’s plenty to do especially in the summer when music, art and film festivals are set in the Roman amphitheatre.
