The apartments on 16th floor have 2 bedrooms , 2 modern bathrooms + 1 guest restroom , lounge , the spacious living and combined dining room , fully equipped kitchen . Furniture meets the high standards. Area Jumeirah Beach Residence is located along one of the last natural beaches in Dubai . The complex has 36 residences , four 5 stars hotels and four beach clubs , playgrounds , fountains and courtyards , shops, restaurants, sports and health clubs. Promenade is a unique place where you can combine a walk along the waterfront with shopping in the world-class boutiques , 20 minutes from the Water Park Atlantis, 7 minutes walk from the subway. The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre strip at the ground and plaza level of the complex, it was developed by Dubai Properties, and was completed by 2007 and opened officially in August 2008., currently there are Around 330 occupants at The Walk, covering a wide range of services and venues, from a number of world renowned brands strewn across the stretch, to many franchised and local venues, including restaurants, clothing stores, boutiques, department stores, cafes and gyms, among many others, located over two levels Ground and Plaza.

Such an amazing apartment, location was outstanding as it was close to the heart of JBR and Dubai Marina. Great facilities provided like Pools and Gyms. Owner was easy to reach via SMS/Email/Whatsapp. Overall recommend this apartment to anyone who wants great value for money.

A really great place to stay and Sasha was brilliant, being available anytime we needed. The general building is easy to find but the downside is that the actual apartment a bit tricky to find as there are 4 different entrances from an underground car park and the main entrance is surrounded by building work - none of this impacted the stay though.
Will use again if we visit to watch the rugby 7s again.

Don H This is a very favorable recommendation. Clean, had parking, near Dubai Marina,comfortable bed. Sasha handled the keys and was available by phone, sms and email. She was just fantastic person to meet. I highly recommend. I could go on and on, but I think you get the idea.
