From the street an automatic controlled gate gives access to a covered parking. There is also a pedestrian gate with intercom and controlled from the inside of the villa.

The property is divided into 2 separate parts. The upper floor and the lower area at pool level.

The upper floor, which has been completely renovated with high standards in autumn 2018, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the pictures it shows the outcome of the renovation and the interior decoration skills of the owner have complimented the villa to a luxurious upper area of the villa.

One bedroom with double bed of 1.60 * 2.00 m is located towards south with nice views to the Mediteranean Sea and is on the same level as the living with an en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.

Taking the staircase one level down there are 2 bedrooms.
The very spacy master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, bathtub, sink en toilet and access to a terrace towards south and has a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00m.
The other bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 * 2.00 m
The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The super modern kitchen is fully equipped with a wine cooler. A nice feature to keep your wines on the correct temperature.

From the open environment with kitchen, living with sofa group and dining for 8 persons you have you have access to another terrace towards south.
The large flat screen TV can show a wide variety of international channels.

The lower area of the villa is ideal for the youngsters of the family as it is completely independent. This unit has a living, kitchen unit and 2 bedrooms with double bed of 1.50*2.00m and 2 bathrooms, both with shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine installed in this area.

The outdoor area provides a private pool and Jacuzzi with covered lounge and sunbeds. The pool area is located towards south, consequently sun from dusk til dawn.

The suburb El Rosario is a family friendly residential area which has basic necessities as restaurants, bakery, café, supermarket, beauty salon, hairdresser, Pay & Play tennis and paddle courts and fitness studio and a playground for children.

Baby cot & high chair:
We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price of one week is Euro 30. For 2 weeks is Euro 50 including bed sheets. Ask the office.

Change bed sheets & towels:
If you require delivery of clean bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 15 p. person. (a minimum of 4 persons). Ask the office.
