This apartment has been recently renovated with a total area of 47 m2. It consists of a bathroom, a French kitchen and a glazed balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool. It is fully equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. The interior is also equipped with air conditioning, TV Spanish is also available. The price of the seven days rental includes the use of Internet and if the rental is less than seven days then there is a 20 euros sur charge. The balcony has lovely summer furniture to relax on. In the surrounding streets are many Spanish bars and cafes and a large supermarket is only a few minute’s walk. The property is located near the bus station. The sea is about 500 meters. It sleeps up to 4 people. No pets are available and smoking is strictly prohibited.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed.
INTERNET: As long as housing available INTERNET (WI-FI), the price of the service is 20 € in the event the rent does not exceed 7 nights and if it is equal to or greater than 7 nights, the Internet service will be free.
