Villa overview - owner's description

This beautiful finca features a wonderful exterior area where our guests will be able to enjoy the real essence and peace of the countryside. After fueling up with a delicious breakfast and basking in the sun on one of the 4 sunloungers, you can cool down under the spray of the exterior shower or swim in the private pool, as you wish. This is a beautiful salt water pool sizing 7 x 3 metres and with a depth ranging from 0.5 to 1.30 metres. Then, you will find a paradise of flowers, plants, trees and views to the mountains around the house, and enclosing the whole plot where you can take a short but nice walk. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby.

The one-storey house features spacious and luminous spaces with an exceptional rustic style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style where you will enjoy your time all together whilst chatting, having your meals or watching the TV-Sat. The kitchen offers a dining table and is equipped with an industrial gas cooktop, oven and all you need to cook as if you were at home. The laundry room is independent and it offers a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Then, there are two bedrooms with direct exit to the garden. One has twin beds and a closet and the other has a double bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite shower bathroom. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the house. Finally, if you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair.

The location is perfect is you wish to stay in the countryside and enjoy the peace, but the town and coast aren't far away either. Sa Pobla is about 5 km away and here you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and its traditional street market that takes place on Sunday mornings. The nearest beach is about 14.5 km away, in Puerto de Alcudia. It boasts transparent water and fine sand together with beach-bars, ice-cream parlours and all kinds of services. And if you want to play golf you can't miss the course of Alcanada, about 17.8 km away and with spectacular views to the sea.

We spent a wonderful vacation.Even though we landed outside the office hours, waiting for staff to complete the required documents.The villa was perfectly clean and has all the amenities to make a wonderful vacation.I strongly recommend for a family vacation.Thank you again for the wonderful time spent there. We had a great family holiday at this place end of July. We were with 4 people (2 children). The house is very spacious, clean and modern. It has a very lovely and private swimming pool, our children loved it very much. The house is situated outside the village, so you need a car, but the location is perfect to discover the island. The motorway is closeby to easily go to the beaches, mountains, villages, .... Due to that the motorway is closeby, you hear it at the house, but it didn’t disturb us too much.

Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié passer notre séjour dans cette jolie maison dans la campagne de Majorque. L'emplacement était parfait pour nous car nous arrivions via le ferry au Port d'Alcudia. A notre arrivée, les explications de localisations étaient clairs, le code d'accès à la boite à clés était OK. Nous aurions aimé avoir un accueil physique pour nous expliquer les particularités de la maison. Ou simplement un livret d'accueil positionné sur la table principale. La maison est soignée, très propre, beaucoup de volume avec de grands espaces. L'extérieur est bien arboré. Nous étions heureux de passer un séjour dans un cadre comme celui la. Il est dommage que dans la maison il n'y ait un minimum de produits de première nécessité (Sel, poivre, huile, etc.....). Pour le petit déjeuner il manque des Mugs. Il manque un aspirateur pour donner un coup de propre dans la maison (uniquement un balai ce qui fait un peu léger pour faire la maison entièrement.). Mais pour tout ça il s'agit d'un détail. Nous avons subit 2 coupures électriques de la maison qui ne supporte pas de faire tourner simultanément plusieurs matériels électriques en même temps, nous avons énormément apprécié la réactivité d'Homerti qui est intervenu dans l'heure. Merci en tout cas, nous avons pu passer un agréable séjour dans cette jolie maison. Cordialement Famille FROISSART
