The apartment is perfect with views of the beach and sea from one terrace and the main street with caféliv in Rincon de la Victoria from the second terrace. Close to Malaga. Local buses run every 15 minutes on weekdays. Friendly restaurant - XXX - in the ground floor to the promenade.

Well all in general but yes you need an awning on the terrace. And furniture higher to be able to see the sea. Other things very well. Privileged situation.
Beautiful terrace, beautiful view, good strategic location, beach in front of the building was empty. Air conditioning was in all rooms.
