One of the most authentic and traditional cottages is our lovely Villa Cati, located in a beautiful countryside setting between the seaside of Port Pollensa and Pollensa village. This charming 3 bedroom villa has a new private swimming pool and lawned garden area, sourrounded by olive and carob trees. Outstanding to enjoy relaxing dinners with family and friends is the covered barbecue and addional kitchen area, with nice dining table, and BBQ. It is real tradtional jewel in the midst of nature.

A private gated driveway leads to the villas parking and front door. The combined and open lounge and dining area has a comfortable sitting area with sofas and a classic dining table, all with beautiful views to the lovely outside area with pool and to the inviting wooden furnished kitchen, fully equipped and furnished.

In the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a family bathroom in the middle. On the first floor, there is a spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and pool views. Villa Cati has air conditioning in every bedroom. In line with local energy saving initiatives, la Villa has timed air condioning on all units in bedrooms from 21.00h until 08.00h and from 14.00h until 16.00h. In winter time there is a wood stove in the lounge

Skip your daily routine and relax at beautiful Villa Cati and do not worry about isolation. You will be just 20 minutes walking distance to the nearest supermarket, and halfway there, you’ll come across a traditional restaurant. There are also two bus stations within a 5 and 20 minute walk or you can enjoy the ride renting some bikes.

In Pollença old town you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the pollença’s market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant.

Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
