The location is good and the common areas well maintained and pleasant,. Although the apartment was clean, the bathroom and sofas in the living room are very old. Of course, the kitchen was new. The second day we found a cockroach in the bathroom and a chandelier in the hall wall.

Although the weather was not accompanied, it was very clean, tidy and comfortable. It has what it takes. Surely we will repeat, the distance to the town is 2 km. approximately that with good weather it is a pleasant walk.

Very nice quiet apartment complex near the beach. Exterior very well maintained. Apartment B1 with renovation traffic jam. Bath has been repaired ***. Kitchen does not match ***. Equipment obsolete - refrigerator extremely loud, stove with short circuit - should urgently be replaced.
