You will be impressed by modernity and functionality of a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, oven, toaster, refrigerator and freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare good meals.
You will not lack of comfort as you will have access to the Wi-fi.
Also, an iron and an iron board, a hair dryer, but also a TV, a washing machine and a dryer are available.
You will be able to enjoy the air conditioning / heating in every room and in the living room.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the apartment is rented for holiday purposes which include a relaxing city trip and NO PARTIES in the apartment.
It is strictly prohibited to hold parties in the apartment, to listen to music loudly, to scream or to disturb the neighbours or to linger drunken in the common areas of the building.
We have zero tolerance for noise pollution and disturbed neighbors and will consequently apply our right to refuse the admittance to the apartment.

As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at our office in order to avoid delays.

City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/06/2021 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 3.30€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.

Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

Our place is just for relaxing holidays.
It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
