This lovely 3 bedrooms apartment is located in the midst of all the action in Sagrada Familia Area including restaurants, bars , shops as well as the stunning Sagrada Familia. Freshly renovated, the Sagrada Familia MARIPOSA apartment with terrace, can house up to 7 people.
With 75 m² of space on offer this 3 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms apartment on the 2nd floor of a building (with a lift) is nestled between an abundance of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops - thus creating an authentic Barcelona experience.
If that was not enough, you are also within walking distance of the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA (700 meters), the UNESCO world heritage site of Hospital Sant Pau (400 meters) and Gaudi’s Park Güell which consists of architectural wonders and the Gaudi House Museum (30minutes walking).

Featuring a warm and inviting living and dining room this lovely home is the ideal choice for your holiday in Barcelona. With a maximum capacity for up to 7 people, this apartment consists of 3 bedrooms in total with a 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2 single beds).
There is a rollaway bed (single bed) available too. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need (coffee machine, toaster, fridge, microwaves, boiler, induction hob, ...) plus a washing machine . You also benefit from air-conditioning in living room (cold/hot) Wi-Fi internet connection. Both bathrooms come complete with a shower, washbassin and WC.

The neighbourhood of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona belongs to the Eixample district and is one of the nicest residential areas of the city.
The wonderful Cathedral of the Sagrada Familia is located in this area and gives the neighbourhood a special charm. This area is ideal if you are in Barcelona on holiday , as it has great artistic and commercial appeal, and good public transport communication with the rest of the city.In Barcelona's Eixample neighbourhood, just outside the Quadrat d'Or (Golden Square) heritage district, you'll come across a bustling, lively neighbourhood which is home to two Catalan art nouveau, or modernist, landmarks by Antoni Gaudí and Lluís Domènech i Montaner: the Hospital de Sant Pau and the Sagrada Família cathedral , which attracts thousands of visitors every day and has made the neighbourhood from which it takes its name so famous.

From your central location you are within walking distance to Avenida Diagonal and the Teatre Nacional de Catalunya. Even though bullfighting has been banned in Barcelona, do not miss a chance to visit La Monumental bullring which is home to a popular market.
No trip to the Catalan Capital is complete without a visit to the chic Paseo de Gràcia, Plaza Catalunya, Plaza de la Universidad and the lively Las Ramblas.
Here you can also visit some other masterpieces from Antoni Gaudí such as Casa Milà (La Pedrera) and the Casa Batlló, but you also will find the MACBA Modern Art Museum and the Liceu Theatre in the same district.

Check-in:
- check-in between 1pm and 8pm are free of charge
- check-in from 8pm to 12am have an extra charge of 30€
- check-in from midnight to 1am has an extra cost of 50€
- check-in with every hour after 1am has +10€ extra cost (example 1:00 - 1:59 check-in = 60€, 2am check-in =70€)
As to provide you with better service please do not forget to phone 30 minutes before your arrival at the address in order to avoid delays.

Check-out:
Late check-out (until 5pm) may be requested, upon apartment availability and with an additional cost of €50.
City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/04/2017 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 2.48€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.

Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
