On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them with double beds, and the third with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms, one of them suite with bathtub, and the second on the hallway with shower. All these bedrooms have a east-southeast facing balconies with views of the sea and common areas, from where to admire a unforgettable sunrise. Indoor garage included.
Important to know, to book this accommodation, it is essential to have a car to move around. The residential XERESA DEL MONTE is built on a hillside, and therefore we remind you that there are many steps and stairs to overcome, even though there are elevators to access/transit between accommodation-garage-pool and common areas.
The kitchen is equipped with all basics needed to cook and set a table. Equipped with bed linen and towels. They have TV, washing machine and microwave.
