Super delicious villa, far more luxurious than we imagined. Especially nice outdoor area with nice and well maintained pool. However, it should be mentioned that this home is probably not so "genuinely Spanish" as it is characterized by simplicity. Everything is well maintained, with it appearing very empty and cold inside.

The Villa is a home from home and has everything you need, it was perfect for our family of 4. The communal garden and swimming pool was lovely and really made the stay wonderful. Altea is a great location for a holiday and the Villa being in Altea Hills is just perfect.

Los Febreros has convinced us with its unique charm. The house is very cozy, the pool just right and the numerous seats on the balcony and terrace offer at any time of day a cozy relaxation. Since we were only three with a small dog, the upper floor was enough for us - in the basement there are more bedrooms, a second kitchen and a second bathroom with toilet. From the house you are in 10min in Calpe and just as fast in Altea. Benidorm can be reached in 25 minutes on the N332 or in 15 minutes on the highway - ideal place for holidays, swimming, relaxing and relaxing.

About Altea

Villas in Altea

North of Alicante, Altea is a coastal town and district in the province of Alicante, on the sunny Costa Blanca. It has one of the most visited old towns in Spain, while its flower-adorned streets have character and charm in abundance. Altea enjoys a beautiful microclimate as the region is protected by the Sierra de Bernia mountains, providing a postcard-perfect backdrop to your holiday. Worlds apart from its neighbour Benidorm, just 10km away, it is the creative capital of the Costa Blanca, once home to many artists and musicians of the 60s. The winding streets of the medieval old quarter are lined with art galleries and workshops and the natural landscape is a work of art itself.

The 6km-long coastline and wide stretch of family-friendly beaches and coves here are a mix of pebble and white sand and the stylish marina is complemented by a bustling seafront promenade lively with alfresco eaters enjoying authentic Spanish seafood. Many outdoor lovers choose Altea for its scenic cycling routes, overlooking the mountains and Mediterranean. The surrounding region is dotted with pretty pine groves and orchards, giving you a real taste of typical Spain.
