Apartment in Praia da Oura, Algarve

This is an amazing apartment located in Albufeira, with a beautiful terrace.
Ideal for families or groups of friends to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and light of the Algarve, as well as the excellent fish that the Algarve has in the "Menu".
The apartment is fully furnished, decorated and equipped. The design and functional decoration give the apartment the feeling of being at home. Kitchen and bathrooms, equipped with everything you need. All sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel, toilet paper. Cable TV and Wi-Fi are available free of charge in the apartment.
For your convenience, we have two options for check-in:
1) Check-in takes place directly at the apartment from 15h, in case you inform us of your arrival time, 24 hours before! You can call us at any time to inform about your arrival time.
2) If you do not inform us of your arrival time 24 hours before check in, you can come to our Welcome Center at any time from 10:00 am to 19:00 pm, where you can collect the apartment keys and get information about the Algarve .
Please note that late check-in takes place directly at the apartment and has the following costs:
- Between 19h and 22h - 30 €;
- From 10 pm - 50 €
We also have a personalized shuttle service that picks you up at the airport and takes you to the apartment (on request). If you would like to book, please let us know!
Upon check-out, guests must leave the apartment in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Otherwise, Homing Place reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost in the same amount as the reservation.
