This cottage was originally a farm that has transformed part of the property into a vacation home that welcomes guests in a charming atmosphere full of flavors and traditions. DOP oil, almonds and honey are produced here, all with the unmistakable Sicilian taste, which you can also taste on site. You can also visit oil mills and wine cellars in a nearby farm (to be asked and arranged on the spot). Here you are surrounded by trees, flowers and lawns, a spacious lawn forms a small hill on which the magnificent swimming pool is located, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view. The complex has 5 apartments with private entrance and overlooking a wooden roof overlooking the pool. At the back of the house there is a living unit with kitchen, barbecue, refrigerator and wood stove, a table and chairs to have lunch or dinner together outside. The highlight is the infinity pool in a panoramic position, from which you can even see the sea on clear days. The property extends over many hectares and is planted with olive trees for the production of organic oil and almonds, various fruit trees, which are available to guests in season. This is an ideal solution to spend a relaxing vacation, alternating between swimming and long bike rides. In the area, a destination for many visitors, there is an old oak tree (300 years old) under which classical music concerts are held at certain times. Here you are only a few kilometers from Chiaramonte Gulfi, with its pine forest and mountain village atmosphere, or from Comiso. For lovers of art and history, Ragusa, Modica, Scicli or the Iblee beaches are within 20 km.

Second unit: the largest part with a large living room, kitchen, table and chairs for all guests so you can stay together and have dinner or lunch comfortably, 1 bedroom on the first floor, 1 bathroom and another bedroom on the second floor with sloping ceilings.
Third unit: small living room / kitchen, bathroom on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the second floor with sloping roof.
Fourth unit: entrance hall, bathroom and 1 bedroom in the attic;
Fifth unit: entrance hall, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings.
