Beautiful 3 bedroom Villa Alegra with pretty pool which benefits from the addition of a fabulous private poolside bar and covered dining area. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Wifi.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, air con and a ceiling fan, the second bedroom had a double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The modern family bathroom has a bath with shower above, wash basin, bidet and WC. The shower room has shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Spacious Living room enjoys views out to the garden and pool with a door to the balcony/naya for "al fresco" dining. The lounge also has traditional barrel vaulted ceilings, a smart TV and an Xbox for indoor entertainment. The fitted kitchen leads out to the pool and terrace area, including the summer kitchen/poolside bar with fridge freezer for cold drinks and/or ice-cream by the pool, it also has a dishwasher. The second reception room has a sofa- bed, available at an extra cost (to fit 2 children or 1 adult) ideal for larger families and groups.

This villa has part Aircon, free wifi, Smart TV, UK Channels and an Xbox, private pool with bar and ample off road parking on the gated driveway.

In walking distance of the villa there are a selection of excellent restaurants , including Spanish, Italian, Greek and Indian.
There are also a few bars you can walk to as well as a mini market with bakery to get your fresh bread and croissants for breakfast.

For those who enjoy walking you can also walk to the breathtaking "Miradores" (viewing points). From one of the viewing points, Cap de la Nau, you can see Ibiza on a clear day. there you will also find two restaurants to sit and take in in the view and maybe enjoy lovely food and wine too!

Javea benefits from numerous coves and beaches. Including Granadella (an award winning beach) and the famous Arenal sandy beach with promenade full of restaurants, shops and bars.
