This beautiful semi-detached house with private pool is located in Vibonati, a typically charming village of the Cilento region. The house has been renovated with great care and has been tastefully decorated. The property manages to mix antiques with modern furniture creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The house is spread over 4 levels: the ground floor has a large kitchen, comfortable and well equipped, communicating with the living room and leading to the outside patio.A large porch, ideal for seeking solace from the sun, overlooks the beautiful pool area fully equipped with seating areas and sun loungers. The views from the property are exceptional which certainly adds to the overall appeal of this property.On the first and second floor are located a total of comfortable bedrooms all with their private bathrooms allowing the accommodation of up to 14 people in great comfort.For convenience there is a second kitchen in the loft of the property.Location: 2 km from Villammare with its beautiful beaches, 5 km from Sapri, the most important locality in the area for service availability. Great location to visit the National Park of Cilento and its famous places of interest. Should guests wish to catered breakfast lunch and dinner can be arranged locally t an additional cost.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
