In the large fenced garden you have exclusive use of a Jacuzzi for three people and a barbecue area equipped for outdoor dining. For common use with the guests of IMK177 and IMK178 are a large swimming pool, another Jacuzzi, a children's playground, an outdoor area and a small gym. The owner lives in a separate house next door. Ideal starting point to explore the central part of the Marche region and to visit Fermo, one of the most beautiful towns in Italy, the famous seaside resort of Porto Recanati and the regional park of Monte Conero. The Marche region produces excellent wines and olive oil, its cuisine is tasty and varied. The pool is located about 50 m from IMK159.
About 25 km away is the beautiful city of Macerata, whose symbol is the Sferisterio, an arena that hosts an interesting opera season of international importance. Here you can also visit the art gallery in Palazzo Ricci and, in the charming Piazza della Libertà, the Torre Civica tower with its astronomical clock. From the top of the tower, the panoramic view of the city and the surrounding countryside to the sea is of incomparable beauty.
The nearby town of Monte San Giusto is also worth a visit and during the Clown & Clown Festival (end of September) it lights up in a thousand colors in an atmosphere full of joy.
