The access is via about 300 meters of gravel road. The house has two floors: on the mezzanine floor there is the entrance/living room, 1 double bedroom (air conditioning, TV) and a shower room. From the entrance/living room you go down stairs to the basement with large tavern/living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, fireplace, satellite TV and toilet. At 1,5 km distance you will find the village of Caldana (supermarket, bank etc?), at 5 km distance a shopping center (Gavorrano Scalo), at 11 km distance Vetulonia (Etruscan necropolis), at 25 km Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica (coastal towns with extensive free and equipped sandy beaches), at 27 km distance the pretty historical town of Massa Marittima. At a distance of about 300 m there is an estate where, for an extra charge and payment directly on site, there is the possibility of using a swimming pool and a riding school.
