Bike lovers should not miss the "Mare e Monti" bike path that goes from Framura to Levanto through Bonassola: 6 km of flat and easily passable territory along the old railroad line with spectacular sea views. The Cinque Terre, Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manorola and Riomaggiore have been part of a National Park, Marine Reserve since 1999 and UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1997.
