Surrounded by green areas, the property also offers a beautiful terrace with swimming pool, in panoramic position with sea view, an area with barbecue for outdoor meals under a pergola. The beautiful beaches of Caminia, Pietragrande, Copanello and Soverato are reachable in a few minutes by car and offer bathing establishments, restaurants, bars, various services. During the summer the area offers various cultural, musical and religious events and festivals. A small pet can be allowed by arrangement with the owner, who must be informed in advance.
