Nice apartment in a semi-detached house surrounded by the hills of the Lunigiana area and located on the border between Versilia and the amazing Cinque Terre. The property is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a large living room , while on the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which with private bathroom. Direct access from the living room to the covered portico and to the equipped and fenced garden, perfect for dinners outdoors. For guest also available children playgrounds. Ideal position to visit Montemarcello park (33 Km), famous for its amazing landscapes and where is possible to go trekking, canoeing on the river Vara and also Birdwatching. You can also visit Tellaro (29) built on the stones and known for its typical diving Christmas. Portovenere (38) is worth visiting for its exclusive medieval center and its huge staircase. Lerici (27 km) is famous for its castle and its path which leads to San Terenzo beaches, much loved by the English romantic poets Byron and Shelley. From Lerici is possible to catch ferry boats for the famous Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore 36 km). For boats and regattas lovers, in addition to a beautiful historical center, La Spezia offers the possibility to see the scenographic Palio race of the Golfo which occurs the first Sunday of August. During this race 13 handmade vessels compete in honor of the old maritime tradition when they tried to arrive first laden with fresh fish to the dock. Equally spectacular is the Marineria party, which occurs the first week of October ( it lasts 4 days) and which celebrates the importance of La Spezia maritime tradition. Hiking along the Tuscany coast in places like Marina di Massa (45 km) and Forte dei Marmi ( 57 km) is possible due to the border position of the house. Trekking lovers can enjoy the Alpi Apuane paths which lead to Colonnata (50 km) where you can also taste the delicious Lardo di Colonnata (typical kind of bacon). On request and against payment it is possible to participate to cooking courses of the typical food of Liguria. A section (2, 5 km) of the asphalted municipal road is uneven.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
