Beautiful villa dating back to the beginning of the 1900s situated on a hill that dominates the coast of Albenga and has a splendid view of the Gallinara Island. The villa has been tastefully furnished by the owner also with period pieces and offers excellent peace and quiet. The property is completely fenced in and is surrounded by a garden with tall trees and includes an equipped area for the guests for outdoor dining. Parking inside the property. Possibility of excursions to Cervo for the famous international festival of classical music and to Borgio Varezzi for the summer theatre season. Mezzanine Gr. fl.: entrance, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine), dining room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl. (accessed by means of a large stairway): spacious lounge (TV) from where you can access a tea room with large windows, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom (with an arch and without a door) with access to the equipped garden, 1 bathroom with bath. 2nd fl.: tower/study with a single bed and with access to the two panoramic suntrap terraces that are equipped with two sun beds. Location:1 km from the old city centre of Albenga (already a Roman town in 180 B.C and still today preserves the early-Christian baptistery as well as various medieval towers create a characteristic aspect), 3 km from the beaches, 7 km Alassio, 10 km the Golf Club of Garlenda, 30 km Imperia, 44 km Savona (antique market), 55 km Sanremo (casino) and 85 km Genoa.   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
