This family-friendly, spacious attic apartment is located in the center of Schonach and the German Tourism Association (DTV) has been certified with four stars.  The two large, fully furnished balconies a magnificent view of Schonach and the Ortsmitte.Auf 105 square meters is enough space to relax on holiday a couple or with the whole family. The removed timber-framed apartment has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, sofa bed and television. In addition, stand ready cot and high chair.  The large living room is furnished with leather furniture, electric recliner, flat screen TV with satellite / TV and DVD player. A stereo and a private telephone line and LAN / WLAN are among the other amenities. From the fully equipped kitchen you have a beautiful outlook over Schonach. The rustic dining area with a pull-out table is for cozy evenings and breakfast is available and is part of the living room.  A separate reading area invites to the traditional stove a rest. In the gallery, which is accessible via a staircase, a massage chair, toys for children and darts can be used.  The large bathroom with toilet has a separate shower and bathtub and sink and plenty of space. In addition, you will find a separate toilet with sink.  For your valuables you can use a safe. The parking spaces for loading and unloading are located directly at the house. Additional free parking is only 30 meters away at Schonach City Hall.  Shops include directly accessible in the house or on foot in the town. The "Moosi-Lesecafe" right in the house is open daily. A bread roll and breakfast service is available on request (for an added fee).  Schonach and the surrounding area offers beautiful scenery and wonderful possibilities for action. The Ortist in the summer just as delightful and relaxing as in spring, autumn or winter. In summer the numerous outdoor pools within a particular Schonach natural swimming pool. Bikers also provides the connection to a well-marked bike route. Schonach lies directly on the western route, which is special for walkers. In winter, the annual World Cup is a highlight in Nordic combined and there is a kilometer-long network of groomed trails at Rohrhardsberg. There is also a ski lift and the possibility of downhill skiing.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
