On three floors extends this luxurious semi-detached house in the OstseeResort Olpenitz. Nestled between the mouth of the Schleim and the water of the sailing marina, you can enjoy a fantastic view over the water from almost all rooms of the vacation home. Over the marina you can see all the way to the Baltic Sea.
The bright and spacious living area of the house is located on the first floor. Here, as in the other rooms of the house, you can always enjoy a good view of the sailboats, waves and seagulls thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. In summer you can enjoy the sun and the view from no less than two large terraces: on the upper floor you can reach your private roof terrace from the small panoramic studio and relax there in modern lounge furniture. The large terrace downstairs borders almost directly on the water and offers perfect conditions for sunbathing even on windy days thanks to the beach chair.
At the top of the studio is also the sauna (with separate shower), where you can warm up again after a long walk on the beach and meanwhile maybe watch the first autumn storm churning up the water all around. The house is a vacation dream in any season! Please note that fishing is not allowed in the harbor basin.
A small bathing bay with a sandy beach belongs to the OstseeResort Olpenitz and it is also not far to the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach, which stretches down to Schönhagen.
