This high-quality semi-detached house with private infrared sauna is just a stone's throw from the sea and the natural sandy beach. In the middle of nature between the edge of the forest and the Baltic Sea beach, the "Seeadler 2" vacation home is a wonderful place to relax at any time of year. On the first floor there is a bright living area with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped, modern, open kitchen with a large dining table and a guest WC.
The living area is furnished in a particularly high-quality and cozy Scandinavian country house style. The leather rocking chair and the large upholstered corner with adjustable head and armrests are perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge with separate freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and coffee pod machine (Senseo). Egg stove, waffle iron and hand mixer are also part of the equipment.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large balcony and a wonderful view of the sea. The children's room and the modern shower room with washing machine are also on this floor, while the master bedroom with large double bed is also furnished in a cozy country house style. A state-of-the-art, retractable infrared sauna cabin (type "Klafs S1 IR") with color program and audio system via Bluetooth invites you to relax after a long walk on the beach.
There are two single beds in the children's room, one of which is a so-called "tandem bed". A slatted frame with an additional mattress can be pulled out to form an extra bed.
High-quality real wood flooring (oak planks) has been laid throughout the upper floor, which further emphasizes the feel-good atmosphere of the entire house.
On rainy days, you can make use of the games and book collection in the house and spend cozy hours with your loved ones.
The house has a south-facing, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, which you can access directly through the large glass doors in the living area. Here you will also find a beautiful beach chair where you can relax and enjoy the sun's rays in a sheltered beach chair. Behind the house is a landscaped garden with another terrace, garden furniture and a barbecue.
This terrace borders directly on the forest. Here you can have breakfast or sunbathe undisturbed while listening to the birdsong. A garden shed offers space for your bicycles or fishing tackle, as the Süssau beach offers excellent fishing opportunities.
Should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine center, a donkey park and the 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away. Well-developed cycle paths open up the beautiful landscape of Schleswig-Holstein to you.
