The North Sea, the tideland, banks and sheep – here you cannot do anything else but just disconnect from the daily life.
The North Sea, the mudflats, dykes and sheep - you can't help but switch off from everyday life here!
The vacation home village with its bright wooden houses is located in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, directly behind the dyke.
In addition to a fully equipped, open kitchen and a bright living/dining area, the house naturally also has its own terrace - perfect for sunbathing, having breakfast outdoors or a barbecue!
You can also make yourself really comfortable in the cold season: there is a modern bioethanol fireplace in the living room, whose fire bathes the house in a particularly beautiful atmosphere. A DVD player can be borrowed from the service office, subject to availability.
A sofa bed in the living area means that up to six people can spend their vacation in this house.
Thanks to the flexible daily price system, there are offers for all budgets and vacation types, from a spontaneous short trip, an extended weekend, a long, relaxing summer vacation or a break in the quieter off-season, when the North Sea can be particularly exciting and there is a very special atmosphere on the dyke.
The vacation homes are located next to the small center of Friedrichskoog-Spitze directly behind the dyke, just a few meters away from the Wadden Sea National Park. From the vacation home village, you can also quickly reach Friedrichskoog with its famous seal station, the large pirate playground and the indoor play park in the whale building.
There is a charging station for 2 electric cars on site in the large parking lot (for a fee). These cannot be charged directly at the houses.

As part of the dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be equipped with a new profile from mid-April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to meet the challenges of climate change. During this construction period, the beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will unfortunately not be available.
Alternatively, the bathing beaches in Elpersbüttel, Nordermeldorf and Büsum will be available free of charge. The 2 km long Trischendam is still accessible and mudflat walks will take place as usual in Friedrichkoog-Spitze.
The spa gardens will also be redesigned and expanded to include additional attractions. These include an extended dyke crown path, spacious terraces with panoramic views and a dyke and park grandstand with seating steps to linger on. From mid-2024, the completed event and play area in the spa park will offer a varied alternative to the beach.
This will make Friedrichskoog even more attractive ? even if this is associated with some temporary inconveniences such as increased background noise, possible construction dust and possible path restrictions.
