With sea views from their south facing balconies, these two first floor holiday apartments (owner on ground floor) are just a short walk from the family-friendly golden sands of Kerou beach.Each apartment has a spacious living area with patio doors onto a sheltered and private balcony. Le Pouldu has 3 beautiful patrolled beaches with activities for all the family, including a surfing school next to Kerou .The coast path, accessible 100m from the apartment, takes you along beautiful unspoilt cliffs and past further coves and inlets.The beautiful forest of Clohars has many footpaths and cycle tracks, and the local river Laita is perfect for fishing and kayaking. Enjoy the village market, providing excellent local produce, including delicious fish and seafood. You can buy fish direct from the boat at local ports, including the very picturesque Doelan with its quayside bars and restaurants. The apartments (FBF554 and FBF557) can be booked together for larger groups and will be the ideal holiday properties to enjoy this beautiful region.

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.

If a property has an annexe then it will typically be a building attached to the main property or a small self-contained building. Annexes often have no central heating.
