Selenite Villa is a well-designed holiday home with lots of light with a wonderful airy feel with air-conditioning throughout and is conveniently located on the seafront of Cape Greco, which is a well known area for it's perfectly formed beaches and crystal clear waters.
This unique holiday home offers 3 comfortable bedrooms. The first two bedrooms feature a king-size bed, bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe and direct access to a balcony. The 3rd room offers one single bed, a bunk-bed, as well as a good wardrobe space.
The ground floor offers an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen and kitchen island, dinning table, a comfortable sofa set, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels. The living room opens up to a large covered patio complete with luxury garden furniture, ideal for the hot summer days.
A short 5 minute walk from Selenite Villa guests will find two local beaches to choose from, one beach being the famous Konnos Bay which offers water sports, sun loungers, snack bar and much more.
Another short walk from the villa guests are able to choose from two local restaurants to dine at. A further 3/4 minutes walk is another Italian restaurant which boasts a great menu to choose from.
