This holiday home, offering its guests most of all exceptional and comfortable holiday, is situated in a beautiful location in Trstenik. The house is modern and fully equipped. It is located on a small hill in idyllic surroundings, only a few minutes of walk away from a pebble beach. It has a large plot with olive trees and spacious terraces. Nearby, a creek runs through, adding special charm to the whole place. The interiors are furnished with carefully selected antique-looking furniture. On the ground floor there is a large living space with a kitchen, connected to terraces and bathroom. On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom. The covered terrace with a barbeque is the place where you will surely spend the majority of your time, enjoying sea food dishes or tasting the famous wine Dingac, which this region is famous for. The house is an old stone building, fully renovated in 2013. Its thick walls ensure pleasant temperatures during the summer months. The car park is separated from the house by a few stairs, a small path and a bridge. The medieval town of Korcula is located 30 km away and is one of the prettiest smaller towns at the Adriatic Sea.

It is set in a very convenient location, 1km away from a sandy beach and 930 metres from a stone and pebble beach. There's also a restaurant only 900 metres away.

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
