This beautiful and comfortable vacation home near Opatija with panoramic sea view is ideal for several families or a larger number of friends who want to spend their vacations together. The house is spread over several levels which are connected with interior stairs. In the basement is the konoba with fireplace, kitchen and toilet. On the mezzanine floor there is a large living room, dining room and kitchen and a study. One of the largest bedrooms has its own shower. On the floor there are four bedrooms, two of which offer a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the Opatija Riviera. The gallery is ideal for children's games and board games. The largest terrace is located on the east side of the house, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture. In front of the house there is a lawn with children's playground equipment, swing and slide. In just a few minutes by car you can reach beautiful smaller and larger places on the Opatija Riviera. Parking is possible on the fenced property.
