If you want to turn your holiday into a fairy tale and your desires in reality, then this house is all that. The birds and the roaring of the sea are the only sounds you will hear during your stay. This beautiful villa overlooks the sea, surrounded by vineyards, of the region Dingac, on the Peljesac peninsula. The architecture of the house is merged with the environment and creates with its Mediterranean charm a fairytale image of an ideal dream of an ideal location, as you imagine it. The interior, which is a perfect coupling of modern and minimalist style, with rustic Mediterranean details, exudes an airiness and spaciousness. All three bedrooms are en suite and have panoramic views of the open sea. Guests can sunbathe on the spacious terrace on the first floor. The large living area and kitchen on the ground floor are connected to a covered terrace where you can dine together and enjoy convivial hours. Relax at the magnificent swimming pool next to it, with panoramic sea view. In the appendix of the pool is the seat lounge furniture for pleasant summer evenings, enjoying a glass of the excellent local red wine Dingac. The largest part around the pool is in the shade of a century-old Dalmatian oak tree, which provides you a comfortable temperature in hot summer days. Just a few steps below the pool, is a concrete plateau, where you can sunbathe and where you have access to the crystal clear sea. Stroll to the children appropriate pebble beach in five minutes, as well as to two restaurants, offering culinary delights of this region. Visit the medieval town of Korcula and discover the beauties on the Peljesac peninsula, with beautiful secluded coves and beaches.

This beautiful modern villa is made from brick or stone and was recently built in 2016. The agent has rated it as a five star property so it is one of their best villas - tastefully furnished and fully equipped. It is also great value for money. This villa has a swimming pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also located in Potomje, only 16km from Orebic. It is set in a very convenient location, just 400 metres away from a stone and pebble beach. There's also a restaurant only 200 metres away.

The villa has free wireless internet. You can also park on-site at no extra charge. The villa is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It also has a barbecue and some garden furniture outside.

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys.   • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself. You need to climb a ladder to reach this room. Lofts are very popular with children but may not be suitable for adults or elderly guests.
