Situated in a beautiful, tranquil location with fantastic panoramic views, this stunning apartment has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. You have exclusive use of the swimming pool as the apartment is the only one that is rented. It is composed of two fused units (apartment and bedroom suite), which have a common corridor. The apartment can be reached via main or separate entrance. The well kept outside area also comprises of a barbecue and seating area found next to the pool and has the most picturesque views of the sea. Visit the fantastic town of Stobrec which has the most beautiful sandy and pebble beaches. It is a very historical town and also has excellent conditions for sailing, rowing, windsurfing or fishing.

This beautiful apartment is made from brick or stone and was originally built in 1980 and refurbished in 2015. The agent has rated it as a four star property so it is a well-equipped apartment with above average furnishings. It is also great value for money. This apartment has a swimming pool and beautiful panoramic view over water; it is also located in Kamen, only 9km from Split. It is set in a very convenient location, just 700 metres away from a sandy beach. There's also a restaurant only 600 metres away.

The apartment has free wireless internet. You can also park on-site at no extra charge. The apartment is well equipped: it has a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. It also has a barbecue and some garden furniture outside.

The villa was really clean and modern. The view from the balcony and pool side was wonderful! The villa is very convenient for the supermarket and beach. A trip to split is very easy and there is a frequent bus service. The owners were very nice and helpful and arranged a pickup and return to/from the airport. This meant that we did not need to hire a car. Would highly recommend the villa and location as well as the lovely views!!

You will receive full details about your booking including directions to the property and a booking voucher that you need to hand over to the property manager when you receive the keys. The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor.
