The outdoor area features a west facing pool & spa (heating is an optional extra), and sun loungers so you can enjoy Orlando’s amazing weather. It backs out onto the 5th tee of the Championsgate golf course and it is quiet and serene.

The interior is as neat as a pin and the open plan kitchen, dining and living area has been designed with entertainment in mind. What sets the home apart is the games room which features a large screen TV, giant Jenga and scrabble for those family nights indoors. The home features eight themed bedrooms with the two masters downstairs en suite. One of the master rooms has a full crib for a baby. There is a lounge upstairs with an additional TV for the kids to watch their movies while you watch that movie that you have been planning to see on the 75' LED TV located downstairs.

The home has plenty of parking with a double garage and two parking bays outside. Further, the home has a large washer and dryer available for guests. Pool heat is $30 per day. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub which means it will take a lot longer to heat up and in the winter months may not reach desired temperatures.

Inside the 16,000+ sq. ft. | 1,500 m² clubhouse building you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge desk, a movie theater, fitness center, game room, and more.
