Villa Philipa is located in a prime position, less than 15-minutes from the magical gates to Walt Disney World. Sitting within the Retreat at Champions Gate with access to the resort's waterpark, pool, spa, fitness centre, tennis and basketball courts, as well as two golf courses, there is plenty to keep you entertained.

The villa itself is modern and relaxed, with calming blue walls that reflect the colours of the Florida sky throughout the villa's interior. Contemporary furnishings add a sense of luxury to each room, with every detail designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The villa is spread over two spacious floors and has two living areas - one on each floor, both with comfy sofas and a television, perfect for relaxing evenings in. The separate living spaces offers kids and adults the chance to enjoy their own space, so kids can watch a movie in one room whilst adults continue to socialise in another. The downstairs living space is open-plan to the kitchen and dining area, a spacious, social room where everyone can spend quality time together, opening the doors to the terrace so you can meander in and out of the sun with ease.

Throughout Villa Philipa, there are seven generous bedrooms and five modern bathrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double rooms, both with king-size beds and luxury en-suites. Upstairs there are four double rooms, two twin rooms and a bunk room that's perfect for kids.

Downstairs, it's hard to decide what will entertain you more, the pool on the terrace or the cleverly converted garage, complete with a pool and air hockey table! Stepping out into the sun, the pool enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day, perfect for relaxing days when you need a rest from exploring the parks. Villa Philipa is the perfect base for eighteen guests to rest in comfort, a tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle of the Orlando parks.
