Whether it's the rooftop terrace with views of the entire bay and downtown Clearwater, the gorgeous and upscale furniture of the three bedrooms, the community-style culture of Clearwater Beach or the privacy of the large lot on Brightwater Pt, you're inevitably going to want to return many times to your new temporary home.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the condo must be one of the occupants.

The second guest room has a queen bed with attached bathroom with walk-in shower.
The spacious third guest room has two twin beds, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The laundry room has a washer, dryer and slop sink too.
The building requires codes to get into the building, garage and pool area.
The pool area has a view of the water and access to the boat docks.
This unit has a monthly minimum.
