Luxury 4 Bed Villa Private Pool BBQ Jometien Beach

Luxurious Thai Bali style pool villa, located in a quiet area, just 20 min. walk from Jomtien Beach with large private swimming pool, lush gardens, covered Sala, patio and carport for two cars.

The villa can sleep 8 adults and consists of 4 en-suite, king size bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room and fully equipped European kitchen. One of the en-suite bedrooms is in a separate building just behind the main house which is great if you want a little more privacy. We also provide 2 futon style mattresses and can supply extra bedding on demand.

The space
This luxurious Thai Bali style pool villa is located in a quiet area, just 20 minutes walk from the popular Jomtien Beach promenade and has easy access to Sukhumvit Road and other local amenities.

The house is sat on a generous plot of land and has large private swimming pool, lush gardens, sala, covered patio and carport for two cars. The house is built around the pool, with the living room and 2 of the bedrooms facing into this area. The main house consists of a 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom layout with each bedroom having its own en-suite bathroom.

The full-length windows in each of the rooms makes the house stunningly bright, with an airy open-plan feel. The fully equipped European kitchen is of a good size and has access to the side of the house. The living rooms is combined with dining area, and has a large flat-screen television.

The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms, with walk-in showers. The bedrooms also have fitted wardrobes, to fully utilise the storage space. There is full air conditioning throughout, and very good security including high perimeter walls and camera security system.

Outside, there is a separate guest room with en-suite bathroom, making the total number of bedrooms 4.

The house is in a quiet location and the lush garden and pool area are totally private. It is perfect as a romantic hideaway.

Just 5 minutes walk, along a well lit road, surrounded by sugar canes, takes you to the local village with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Here you can rent a motorbike taxi, or car, or walk along a touristy road down to the popular Jomtien Beach and its lively night market. You can then hop on and off the local "Bhat Bus" taking you all the way into Pattaya and walking street and Central Festival Shopping Mall for just 10THB per person.

Guest access
There are two buildings as part of the home. The main building has 3 king sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room.

The second building consists of 1 bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. It is ideal for a maid, nanny or private space away from the main house.

Other things to note
We love the walk down to the Jomtien beach front as it takes us past the local village and a lively night market. Having said that some people may not enjoy the exercise and may prefer to use the Grab Taxi app, the local moto-bike taxis or rent a car to get around.
