Apartment overview - owner's description

Lovely ground floor three bedroom apartment located in Golf del Sur with a spaciuos south facing terrace for all day sunshine. Only 100 yards from the sea and minutes walk to the resort centre.

This lovely apartment is set in one of the most picturesque and prestigous areas in Golf Del Sur. Just a few yards from the sea, and in a very tranquil area yet it just 2 minutes walk from the resort centre, the apartment could provide the perfect location for your next Tenerife holiday.

It's a ground floor apartment set in a small row of completely separare properties (all privately owned) and not in a typical apartment block.

Sleeping up to 6 people the apartment is deceptively large as it seems to go on and on as you walk through it!

You walk in up to the apartment through the front gate and into the front sun terrrace. This is south facing, get's all day sun and has lovely sea views. It's literally only a 100 yards from the sea! The terrace is equipped with sun beds, a patio table and chairs.

Patio doors take you into a very modern feeling living room, with two sofas, a coffee table and a large TV and DVD player. Satellite TV is provided with BBC, ITV, CH4 and CH5. (Added in 2011). You can look out from the living room over the terrace to the sea!

The living room leads to the fresh kitchen which is particularly well equipped and includes a diswasher.

A left turn out of the living room takes you to all 3 bedrooms. The master with a double bed (Queen size) and ensuite is set at the front of the apartment and also has patio doors leading to the terrace and those lovely views.

The 2n bedroom has two twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single one too! They both share a bathroom.

There is also a separate large storage area, ideal for storing cases but also houses an iron, iron board and all the cushions for the sunbeds and chairs on the terrace.

The apartment is just yards from the gorgeous communal pool right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this private area and it remains one of the most tranquil and exlusive pools in the area. The pool is heated in winter.

From the villa, a 2 minute walk takes you to the resort centre. Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!

A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

Lovely ground floor front terrace (3 steps up to terrace) with gorgeous sea views. Sunbeds, Patio table and chairs.

Swimming Pool
Gorgeous sea front heated communal pool - only the owners and guests have access to this area.

15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).

Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, water, mik and sugar. Towels and linen change weekly.

Property Management
This apartment is looked after by a Local Management company who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!

Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that they are close by and on hand should you require them.

They also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the Villa. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked.

Great location, with Los Abrigos only 10mins walk away and a great selection of bars and restaurants 5mins away.The apartment is spacious with a super large terrace however it is lacking in TLC , the floor was dirty and tacky ! The management had left a note that due to the weather windows & floors might be dusty , we had fab weather and saw no sign of maintenance to hose it down ! My husband mopped it !
The kitchen crockery was chipped , pans greasy , and the deep freeze totally iced up ! The bathroom towels are tatty and bleach stained , the bedding bubbly and careworn.
On arrival at the apartment (in the dark ! It was a struggle to find keys ,an outside light would help), we did not expect groceries etc on arrival but not even toilet roll was a let down ! Only small things but after a day travelling quite annoying !We love the location and with some attention paid to detail is new pillows/towels , decent pans/crockery etc and a major spring clean it could be fab!Also directions for swimming pool !

Lovely place to stay at a great price, only down side we took a 9 month old baby and there was no air con which was not stated in the advert which made sleeping uncomfortable but contacting property manager who hired us an additional fan for €26 a week.

Had a fabulous holiday , lovely location, nice pool area , lovely los abrigos nearby to! Only downside was no air con , but overall a lovely base to stay in San blas ....

Good location, near shops,restaurants. Close to pool good views. Apartment was basic bed linen clean but not enough towels and tea towels for 4 adults to last a week. Happily there was a washing machine in the apartment. Not enough hot water for all to use,had to stagger showers. But on the whole an average basic apt.
