Lovely ground floor three bedroom apartment located in Golf del Sur with a spaciuos south facing terrace for all day sunshine. Only 100 yards from the sea and minutes walk to the resort centre.
This lovely apartment is set in one of the most picturesque and prestigous areas in Golf Del Sur. Just a few yards from the sea, and in a very tranquil area yet it just 2 minutes walk from the resort centre, the apartment could provide the perfect location for your next Tenerife holiday.
It's a ground floor apartment set in a small row of completely separare properties (all privately owned) and not in a typical apartment block.
Sleeping up to 6 people the apartment is deceptively large as it seems to go on and on as you walk through it!
You walk in up to the apartment through the front gate and into the front sun terrrace. This is south facing, get's all day sun and has lovely sea views. It's literally only a 100 yards from the sea! The terrace is equipped with sun beds, a patio table and chairs.
Patio doors take you into a very modern feeling living room, with two sofas, a coffee table and a large TV and DVD player. Satellite TV is provided with BBC, ITV, CH4 and CH5. You can look out from the living room over the terrace to the sea!
The living room leads to the fresh kitchen which is particularly well equipped and includes a diswasher.
A left turn out of the living room takes you to all 3 bedrooms. The master with a double bed (Queen size) and ensuite is set at the front of the apartment and also has patio doors leading to the terrace and those lovely views.
The 2n bedroom has two twin beds. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and a single one too! They both share a bathroom.
There is also a separate large storage area, ideal for storing cases but also houses an iron, iron board and all the cushions for the sunbeds and chairs on the terrace.
The apartment is just yards from the gorgeous communal pool right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this private area and it remains one of the most tranquil and exlusive pools in the area. The pool is heated in winter.
From the villa, a 2 minute walk takes you to the resort centre. Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.

We stayed here for the second week of our holiday as our usual property didn't have 2 weeks availability. This property is in a great location and is great value for money. We know the area well, but the directions and instructions for key retrieval were accurate and easy to follow.
The house is a great size and we found it to be spotlessly clean. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a great sun trap with a huge parasol when some shade was needed.
I was a little worried about the dogs next door as mentioned in a previous review. They are still there but to be honest only barked a few times during our stay and it was only if someone walked past, which was rarely. This didn't impact our holiday at all.
I do feel that this place could be amazing if it was upgraded. It doesn't need a massive renovation but upgrading of soft furnishings, towels, curtains, dinner wear, lamps etc would make a huge difference.
We all really enjoyed our stay here and if some upgrades were made I would potentially consider this over our usual first choice.
Arrival at the property is easiest by getting the taxi to drop you at the nearby Golf del Sur hotel and the property entrance lane is about 80 metres along Calle San Miguel.
The description of the property is fair and it has a nices terrace which receives the sun all day. I would say that the property is a bit dated and requires updating the back two bedrooms were musty through lack of use and need a good airing. Both bathrooms also need updating and has been said in other reviews there is no air conditioning, although this wasn't a problem in March.
There is a problem with water supply to a number of properties which necessitated some work on the property during my stay, however it wasn't a real problem for me.
The local area is easily accessible from the property and there around a dozen restaurants and pubs within a 3-5 minute walk.
You can also walk to nearby Los Abrigos which is a 15 minute walk across a beach/canyon area.
The nearby pool area looks pleasant and was quite quiet during my stay.
I thought that this property was reasonable value for money and both the owner and Tom from the rental company were helpful.
The property is a little tired but was nice and clean on our arrival. We were a couple and for us the facilities were fine but if a larger group you may end up fighting over the 2 sunbeds. The advert says rental includes a welcome pack but we didn't get one. The patio is a lovely sun trap so if like us you just want to sunbathe and read it should be perfect. The pool area is also excellent and near by with lots of sunbeds etc. We have been visiting Golf Del Sur for years so the location close to many of our favourite bars and restaurants was ideal. Our particular stay was marred by the people on one side having a big dog that did nothing but bark and whine whenever they went out and refurbishment works to the villa on the other side with lots of drilling and banging so our idea of quiet lazy days in the sun on the patio was hampered somewhat. Otherwise though I would stay again so long as the dog has gone!
Fantastic location,but property needs some upgrading.No welcome pack as promised. The keys were hard to find in the dark as was the lock. Overall we all had a good holiday, but it could have been much better.
